1. GENERAL USAGE
GuardianTV subscriptions are intended for use on a single device per connection.
Simultaneous usage on multiple devices under one subscription is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of service without notice or refund.
Freezing, buffering, or temporary interruptions may occasionally occur due to factors like internet traffic, ISP interference, or third-party server issues. These are inherent to internet streaming and do not qualify for a refund.
Channel availability, Video on Demand (VOD) content, and server access may be modified or removed at any time without prior notice, as part of ongoing maintenance or system upgrades.
2. ACCOUNT & DELIVERY
Once payment is successfully processed, your IPTV login credentials will be delivered to your registered email address within 1 business day.
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
Understand how IPTV services function.
Use compatible apps and devices.
Maintain a stable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps recommended for HD streaming).
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Each subscription remains active for the full period purchased.
GuardianTV does not sell physical IPTV boxes—customers must use their own supported devices.
To change your subscription plan (e.g., add connections, extend duration, or upgrade), please contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase.
4. SERVICE CANCELLATION
You may cancel or allow your subscription to expire at any time. No advance notice or cancellation fee is required.
We do not pause or freeze active subscriptions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Subscriptions will terminate automatically at the end of their billing period if not renewed.
5. LIMITATIONS & DISCLAIMERS
GuardianTV is not responsible for app malfunctions or compatibility issues with specific devices.
If your chosen app does not function correctly, this is not valid grounds for a refund. We may offer technical alternatives including server rerouting or updated access formats to mitigate such issues.
Availability of specific channels or VOD content is not guaranteed at any time.
6. FRAUDULENT USE & SERVICE ABUSE
Any of the following actions will lead to immediate termination without refund and may result in blacklisting from future services:
Sharing your subscription with others.
Unauthorized reselling or distribution.
Improper use of VPNs to bypass geographic restrictions.
Attempting to reverse-engineer our systems or tamper with platform security.
